![]() No exhaust fan at this time so I often alter the smell of the entire garage. (yr.mo.dy) I've been smoking something every week. This weekend: (09.10.17) I'm trying Beer Can Chicken smoked with 6 cherry puckes. I have preped Atomic Buffalo Turds. Plan to smoke with hickory. And Chicken wings. They're marinating in Italian dressing as I type this. (09.10.18) I smoked the chicken wings with 40 minutes of mesquite. To me the mesquite smoke stinks to high heaven. However, the chicken tasted fantastic. I will definitely do them again. Infact, the next Beer Can Chicken I do will be marinated in Italian dressing and smoked with mesquite.
