Not satisfied with what I’ve been seeing in the various model railroad forums. I came up with my own method. This is for one divergent at a time. Each switch motor controls polarity of its own frog. The left divergent route locks the right and visa versa. It would likely work just fine with tortoises but I recommend Cobalt switch motors.
